Short answers about servers, gems, MineTok and your account.

Is the server really free?

Yes. The free plan needs no card or subscription and has no hour limit — the server only sleeps when nobody plays. Details in Plans and gems.

Can friends join when I’m offline?

Yes. If the server is asleep, any signed-in player can wake it from the server page.

Can I play on my phone?

For now servers run Minecraft: Java Edition (computer). Bedrock Edition is not supported yet.

What happens to my world when the server sleeps?

Nothing — it is saved on every stop, and you can restore older versions in the Backups tab.

How do I contact support?
