Who can use MineLab99, how to protect your privacy and how to report problems. Information for parents.

Age

• MineLab99 is for people aged 13 or older.
• If you are under 18, use the service and make purchases with your parent’s or guardian’s permission.
• You sign in with Google or Discord — their age rules apply too.

Protect your privacy

• Never share your full name, address, school, phone number or passwords in game, chat, comments or videos.
• Don’t meet people you met in the game without your parent knowing.
• Nobody from the MineLab99 team will ever ask for your password.

Reporting

Seen something worrying — harassment, adult content, a scam, someone asking for personal data? Report it through Support. Serious reports (a child at risk) are handled first.

For parents

• The free plan needs no payment card. Payments (gems) are optional and go through a secure payment provider.
• The server owner decides who plays on it (whitelist, bans) — help your child set it up.
• Questions? Contact us via Support.
